First Graders Practice Coding in Winter Fashion

Students in Lizzy Herda's first grade classroom were able to experience coding in a fun and engaging way - by building their own snowman! Ed Tech TOSA, Jilian Murdoch, worked with Ms. Herda's class to teach about coding and then students worked in groups to code their BeeBot to gather up all the supplies needed to build their own snowman. "It was so helpful to work with Jilian and have her there to support students along with me - plus students had a blast!" said Ms. Herda.
