Excited to Join the Endeavour Community

Hello Endeavour Families and Caregivers,

My name is Gary Aguilar, and I’m honored to introduce myself as the Interim Principal at Endeavour for the foreseeable future. For the past six years, I have served as the assistant principal at Grand Ridge Elementary, where I’ve had the privilege of working closely with students, staff and families to create a safe, and engaging school experience. I am excited to bring that same commitment and partnership to this wonderful community.

I know this has been a period of transition and I want to assure you that my focus is on providing consistent leadership, strong systems and a warm, welcoming environment where students can learn and grow. I will be spending a great deal of time in classrooms, hallways, common areas getting to know students, staff and the traditions that make Endeavour so special.

Families play a vital role in the success of a school, and I truly value open communication. In the coming weeks, I will share opportunities for listening and connection so I can learn directly from you about your hopes and priorities for your children’s school experience. Please reach out any time, whether you have a question, a concern, or simply want to introduce yourself.

I want you to know that your children will be cared for, supported and challenged. Our staff will be supported and empowered. Our school will remain a safe and positive place for every student.

On a personal note, I’m married and have three kids – one is in college, one is in high school and our youngest is in middle school. Our house stays busy and loud in all the best ways. We also have a bulldog named Roger, who is fully convinced he owns the place and spends his days drooling, napping and snoring wherever he pleases.
